For our factory, we ISO9001 Quality Management System. And all goods will be FULLY inspected before delivery. Mainly we focus on medium level and reliable products. But we are able to supply good quality products with factory level prices. Your inquiries are always welcome.
5, What is you Minimum Order Quantity?
Different products have different MOQ. We accept small quantity for those we have stock. And we accept sample orders for you to test our products.
6, What are your Payment Terms?
For sample order, 100% advance payment is needed.
For bulk orders, 30% deposit is need before production or preparation. Balance shall be paid before shipment. We accept payment by T/T, LC, Paypal, West Union, Credit Card, etc.
7, What is your Delivery Time?
For sample order, our delivery time normally is 3-7 days.
For bulk order, our delivery time normally is 15-40 days.
8, What is your Warranty and its procedure?
For all products, we provide 1-5 years warranty.
For warranty claim, please advise when and how it happens and send us the pictures or videos for our analysis.
